FROM I-40:
From Interstate 40 east or west, take Exit 27 onto U.S. 23-74 to exit 98 (west Waynesville)

When you come off the exit, follow the circle traffic island back under the highway (counterclockwise to the left) until you dead-end (T-intersection) at the SECOND traffic light (Exxon station on right), about 600 yards.  Then turn LEFT on to S. Main Street to FIRST traffic light at Allen's Creek/S. Main St.

FROM ATLANTA AREA:

From Atlanta/Dillsboro, follow U.S. 23-74 to the WEST WAYNESVILLE EXIT (No. 98). When you come off the exit, turn RIGHT and proceed until you dead-end (T-intersection) at the SECOND traffic light (Exxon station on right), about 600 yards.  Then turn LEFT on to S. Main Street to FIRST traffic light at Allen's Creek/S. Main St.

COMMON DIRECTIONS:

At Allens Creek Road, turn RIGHT and go 1 mile.  Then turn LEFT on Lickstone Road (veers off at 25 degree angle).  There is no right turn there and there is a small BLUE sign on the right that reads "Bed & Breakfast". 

Continue 8/10-mile & turn LEFT at Chestnut Walk (archway sign).

Go under archway, turn at the first driveway (VERY sharp turn back to right).
